The 10% care management deduction is a maximum — some providers charge less. Co-payments for independence and everyday living services are additional.

This is your ongoing services budget — one of four Support at Home funding streams. Two others don't touch it at all: the Restorative Care Pathway is funded over and above this budget, and the End-of-Life Pathway is accessed instead of it for that period. The AT-HM scheme (equipment and home modifications) is a third, separate budget.
